Mundus Negotium Consulting, a leading consultancy in recruitment services, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Specialist to help expand our client base globally. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, fostering client relationships, and helping businesses find the talent they need. This is a commission-based position offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients who require recruitment services. Build strategies to find prospective clients in various industries.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, nurture long-term business engagements, and generate repeat business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitors in the recruitment services sector.
- Sales Reporting: Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and report on performance metrics. Use feedback to optimize and adapt sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically in recruitment services or related consultancy industries.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. The ability to engage potential clients effectively and pitch services tailored to their hiring needs.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours. Demonstrates initiative and results orientation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with diverse clients, understand their recruitment needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and tools for lead tracking and reporting is a plus (discuss during interview).
