As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will oversee the development of sales strategies, manage a diverse team, and work closely with other departments to implement cutting-edge marketing campaigns aimed at building brand awareness, increasing leads, and driving overall sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals to achieve long-term success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams to exceed performance targets, fostering a high-energy and performance-driven culture.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring outstanding service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Oversee lead generation strategies to build a healthy sales pipeline for sustained business growth.
- Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to the executive team, monitoring key metrics and performance KPIs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales objectives and business priorities.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure Pakistan Property.com’s branding, messaging, and market positioning remain consistent and appealing across all marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets, showcasing a deep understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and pipeline development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities with an analytical mindset to track performance metrics, make data-driven decisions, and optimize marketing efforts.
