Comtanix, a fast-growing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Engage with prospective customers across the USA through outbound calls and emails to increase sales and build lasting relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new opportunities and accounts within assigned territories, maintaining a solid pipeline of prospects.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners to provide accurate pricing quotations based on customer requirements.
  • CRM Management: Keep all customer and sales information up to date in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and continuity.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide weekly reports to sales managers and supervisors, showcasing achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by delivering exceptional service and sales results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, etc.).
  • Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, or business development is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage with U.S.-based customers.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and convert leads into sales.
  • Tech Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM handling, and sales tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and business strategies to optimize performance.
  • Night Shift Flexibility: Ability to work effectively during night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
