Role Responsibilities
As an MT Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Hands-on Experience: Assisting in various departments, particularly in sales, to gain comprehensive exposure and practical experience in a corporate setting.
- Training and Workshops: Actively participating in training sessions, seminars, and workshops to expand your knowledge in sales processes, strategies, and customer engagement.
- Project Involvement: Working on assigned sales-related projects and contributing to team objectives, providing valuable insights and fresh perspectives.
- Reporting & Presentations: Preparing detailed reports and presentations based on your learning and performance in the training program, sharing them with the team to help refine sales approaches.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated and result-oriented with a passion for pursuing a career in sales.
