Moonlabor is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team. If you have experience in business development, lead generation, and online sales processes, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Moonlabor’s digital presence and revenue generation strategy. You will work closely with the business development team to generate new leads, support marketing campaigns, and help our business grow internationally.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development Strategy (50%)

  • Support the execution and contribute new ideas to business development strategies.
  • Work closely with the business development team to drive growth and sales targets.

Lead Generation and Outreach (30%)

  • Qualify, generate, and prospect new leads across various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email).
  • Engage and build relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among other lead generation tools.
  • Work on building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects to boost the company’s online sales initiatives.

Market Expansion (10%)

  • Help establish a presence in new international markets.
  • Conduct research on target markets to understand key needs and ensure market fit.

Sales Process and Marketing Campaigns (10%)

  • Assist in analyzing and refining the company’s sales processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, ensuring sales alignment with marketing goals.
  • Develop strategies to drive online sales by assisting with content development for digital platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, online sales, or lead generation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is required.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, CRMs, or other sales-related technologies is a huge plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online sales platforms.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and iterate strategies accordingly.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic about the startup ecosystem and technology trends.
