We are seeking a dedicated Online Sales Specialist to join our team at Dropify Tech. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, engaging in customer service, enhancing online sales performance, and training customers to effectively use our platform. Your primary goal will be to support the business’s growth by implementing online marketing tactics and providing top-tier customer service to our retailers. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of Dropify’s business and increase product sales on various platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more.
    • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns tailored to promote products and attract potential buyers.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offer support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for all online retailers using Dropify.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions, advice, and follow-ups.
  • Training & Onboarding:
    • Conduct training sessions for new and existing customers on how to utilize Dropify’s tools and e-commerce platform features.
    • Prepare and manage training materials that assist clients in navigating through the dropshipping process effectively.
  • Online Sales & Marketing Execution:
    • Utilize social media, email marketing, and platform-specific tactics to increase product visibility and engage consumers.
    • Stay current with online retail trends and dropshipping best practices to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work in close coordination with other departments (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development) to ensure seamless sales operations.
    • Contribute ideas for new marketing approaches and product initiatives based on sales analysis and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service & Communication Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales & Online Marketing Expertise:
    • Proficient in developing and executing online sales strategies and managing e-commerce campaigns.
    • Experience in selling products across online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and WooCommerce.
  • Training & Support Abilities:
    • Experience in conducting training sessions and offering support to clients within an e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge in Dropshipping & E-commerce Platforms:
    • Familiarity with dropshipping, e-commerce trends, and online retail platforms is essential.
    • Understanding of the product lifecycle and consumer behavior in an online marketplace.
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively.
    • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
    • Previous experience in online sales or e-commerce support roles is a plus.
