Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Executive (Commission-Based), your responsibilities will include:

- Consultative Selling Approach:

- CRM Utilization:
- Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Market Research:
- Keep updated on market trends and competitors to effectively position products and services.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven Experience in Sales:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT or software development industry.
- Sales Track Record:
- Demonstrable experience of consistently over-achieving sales targets and quotas.
- CRM Knowledge:
- Experience using CRM systems to track leads, manage accounts, and process sales activities.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
Preferred:
- Education:
- A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
