Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Identify, engage, and generate new leads within the UK B2B market, introducing clients to BlackArrowAI’s products and services.
- Client Consultation: Understand the business needs of prospective clients and offer customized AI automation solutions (chatbots, CRM tools, lead generation) to address their specific pain points.
- Solution Presentation: Explain technical aspects of AI solutions in a simple and persuasive manner, showcasing how automation can improve business operations.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring ongoing communication with prospects and a focus on closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong long-term relationships with clients to support customer retention and future business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing new deals and nurturing leads through to conversion.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical staff, to align sales efforts and improve lead conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to position BlackArrowAI’s solutions effectively and provide valuable insights to the sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology, AI, or automation sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and AI solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with UK clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of AI and automation technologies is a plus. A willingness to learn and understand complex technologies is also important.
