Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture incoming client leads, negotiate pricing, and create detailed project scopes.
- Proposal and Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes while managing client information using our CRM.
- Project Coordination: Collect project details and ensure all forms and requirements are completed correctly by clients.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with the production team to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, meeting client expectations.
- Post-Project Activities: Handle post-project tasks such as invoicing, client follow-ups for feedback, and reviews.
- Process Optimization: Use CRM tools and calendar systems to optimize project planning and streamline workflows.
