Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Execution:
    Plan, execute, and manage sales and marketing campaigns for SA SYSTEMS’ products and services, identifying new customer prospects and maintaining relationships with current clients.
  • Customer Communication & Service:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the client journey.
  • Lead Generation & Bidding:
    Utilize online platforms such as Upwork and other industry-specific sites to generate leads, submit proposals, and secure new business opportunities for SA SYSTEMS’ cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Sales Process & Reporting:
    Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final closure, using CRM systems to track and report progress. Develop forecasts and regular performance reviews to optimize sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring retention, repeat business, and cross-selling of additional SA SYSTEMS’ modules.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to stay updated with market trends, adapting sales and marketing strategies accordingly to maximize impact.
  • Brand Representation:
    Act as an ambassador for the company’s brand, ensuring alignment in messaging, values, and communications.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience:
    At least 1-2 years of experience in sales management, including proficiency in B2B and B2C sales and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Online Bidding Knowledge:
    Demonstrated experience and familiarity with Upwork and other relevant platforms for lead generation and bidding, and proficient in leveraging these platforms for new business.
  • CRM & Sales Management Skills:
    Good working knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales automation tools to manage leads and track customer interactions. Solid understanding of sales techniques and methods to close deals effectively.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on effective written and verbal communication for negotiations and client meetings.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    Ability to understand customer needs, effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals with a professional approach.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    A good understanding of cloud-based ERP software and solutions is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 80,000 – 100,000 PKR, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission Structure: Earn 2-5% commission on closed sales, providing lucrative earning potential.
