Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Service: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering excellent service and support to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Activities: Proactively drive sales by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and leveraging different sales techniques to meet targets and boost business performance.
  • Training Programs: Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing sales personnel to improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies and effective product delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest market trends in the beauty and personal care sector, analyzing consumer behavior, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies to promote Care products and enhance visibility in the market.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (discuss during the interview if the degree differs).
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management, with the ability to drive and achieve targets.
  • Strong experience in customer service, building relationships, and addressing customer needs efficiently.
  • Ability to train and mentor individuals in sales techniques and best practices.
