As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This remote, contract-based role will focus on driving sales, managing customer relations, and delivering exceptional service while representing our brand globally.
Role Description
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our custom apparel solutions to potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage sales processes, train and support new and existing clients, and contribute to ongoing sales management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Relations: Lead sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they fully understand the products and services Stitch Apparels offers.
- Sales Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, both over the phone and in writing, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiation: Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and finalize contracts.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to marketing campaigns, help in brand positioning, and ensure product offerings align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Service: Proven experience in sales, customer service, and managing client accounts.
- Training and Development: Strong background in training and developing teams or clients to achieve business goals.
- Fashion Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fashion, apparel, or related industries is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
