Topdot is currently seeking a motivated Sales and Service Specialist to join our team in Lahore. As a key player in our Business Development department, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, nurturing sales leads, and ensuring excellent customer service post-sale. Key Responsibilities

Lead Nurturing and Qualification

  • Engage with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through personalized outreach via email, phone calls, and follow-ups to understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads by evaluating factors such as budget, decision-making authority, and timeline, converting them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Establish and maintain strong connections with potential clients, guiding them through the decision-making process.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to stay informed about lead sources, campaign performance, and prospect profiles.
  • Provide valuable insights to Account Executives (AEs) to support call preparation and closing strategies.

Pipeline Management

  • Accurately document all lead interactions in CRM tools, ensuring proper follow-ups and opportunities.
  • Regularly report on lead engagement and conversion rates, optimizing strategies for better results.

IT Service Knowledge & Communication

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, especially in software development and IT services.
  • Use consultative communication skills to educate leads on our services’ value, addressing concerns and guiding them toward conversion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development, pre-sales, or lead nurturing within the tech services or B2B industries.
    • Proven success in pre-sales activities, including technical project demonstrations and proposal writing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively.
    • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead management.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs related to lead conversion and engagement.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating closely with both marketing and sales teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Experience with web services or custom software development sales, especially to US-based clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to nurture and close leads, with a consultative approach to sales.
    • Fluency in English.
