As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for Infinitum Media. This position involves lead generation, client communication, inside sales, and business development. You’ll work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets, ensuring the success of our clients and our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and engagement strategies.
- Handle inside sales activities, building relationships with potential customers to understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and utilize sales tools effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Expertise in Business Development and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage client interactions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
