Responsibilities

  • Develop new sales opportunities by identifying potential customers and reaching out through direct meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of welding consumables, industrial tools, and equipment.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
  • Understand technical product features to provide clients with accurate information, demonstrations, and solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely order deliveries and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide feedback for continuous business improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including inventory and accounts, to ensure seamless sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development (preferably in industrial products).
  • Strong knowledge of welding consumables, industrial tools, equipment, or a technical industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical product details confidently to clients.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
