Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Plan Execution: Define and implement an effective sales plan to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Revenue Generation: Deliver sales revenue by achieving pre-defined targets, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
  • Vendor Management: Understand the market dynamics and build a strong network of suppliers offering competitive rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales management, and technical support teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
  • Reporting: Regularly provide reports on sales performance, ensuring all team members, operations, and corporate stakeholders are well-informed.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional business relationships with key customers and partners to grow opportunities.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers and prospects on the services and propositions offered by Careem.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Operations, particularly in sectors such as Logistics, Delivery, B2B Sales, or Ride Hailing.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven and accountable with the ability to independently manage tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Time Management: Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear updates and collaborate with teams.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to extensive regional travel to support sales operations across assigned areas.
