Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Meezab Air Tours, your role will primarily focus on promoting and selling our premium tour packages to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will also engage in market research, strategize sales efforts, and provide outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Engagement:
    • Promote and sell tour packages, catering to different client needs, including aviation services, religious tourism, and corporate travel.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Develop leads through networking and research, identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Track and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives and enhance results.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tour bookings and services.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    • Use research insights to identify gaps and innovate with new business development opportunities.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
    • Report regularly on sales performance, including key metrics and pipeline status.

Qualifications

  • Sales & Business Development Skills:
    • A solid understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to closing sales, particularly within the tourism industry.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge & Experience:
    • Prior experience in the tourism or aviation industry is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM customer relationship management software is a plus.
  • Educational Requirements:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Additional Qualities:
    • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • The ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
