As a Sales Executive at Chemica-S Private Limited, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our wide range of laboratory chemicals and related products. Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the laboratory sector to drive sales growth in your assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by providing expert advice and excellent customer service.
- Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to potential clients to showcase product benefits and applications.
- Technical Support: Offer technical support and advice to customers on the best product selection and its practical usage for their needs.
- Sales Proposals: Prepare and submit professional sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and chemical applications to ensure you’re always offering cutting-edge solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s overall revenue and market share growth.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the sales and technical teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for customers.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of laboratory chemicals and their industrial applications.
- Sales Skills: Strong passion for sales with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
- Independence & Motivation: Ability to work independently, be self-driven, and have a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Team Spirit: Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve collective company goals.
