We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Executive | Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role in Lahore offers the opportunity to contribute to the business growth of a rapidly growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging market trends.
  • Opportunity Analysis: Analyze data to identify opportunities for business growth and help devise strategies for tapping into new markets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through online research, networking, and outreach, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending networking events.
  • Lead Qualification & Database Management: Qualify leads and update the lead database, ensuring that it is accurately maintained for the business development team.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft proposals for various projects, presenting Softpers’ solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Business Development Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and growth.
  • Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Update CRM software with accurate and up-to-date client information and communication history.
  • Client Presentations & Meetings: Help organize and coordinate client meetings, conferences, and presentations to ensure seamless interactions and engagements.
  • Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
    • Previous experience or internships in business development or sales is a plus.
    • Knowledge of IT terminologies and the technology industry (discuss during the interview).
    • Experience in bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
    • Ability to analyze market data and spot business opportunities.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
