Established in 1994, we specialize in offering comprehensive logistics solutions through our logistics, airline, and aviation services. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. This role will involve generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, targeting potential clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the company.
- Sales Targets: Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed set targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help drive new business strategies and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales prospecting, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the logistics industry, will be considered a plus.
