The Careers Factory is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, with the willingness to relocate to the Middle East & Africa. Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they are well-coached, trained, and equipped with the skills necessary to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide continuous support and leadership to ensure the team achieves high performance and meets overall business goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback for continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to your sales team.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the Middle East & Africa to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities through networking and building strong connections with key stakeholders.

Sales & Product Marketing:

  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, knowledge, and training to effectively market and demonstrate properties to potential buyers.
  • Ensure clients receive detailed presentations and site visits to promote properties and drive timely closure of deals.
  • Follow up with clients to understand any changes in their requirements and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and untapped markets in the Middle East & Africa.
  • Drive product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and achieving revenue growth in new regions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior leadership on team performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A degree in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Prior experience in managing teams, especially in the real estate, property, or related industries, is highly preferred.
    • Experience in launching products and expanding into new markets is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
    • Passionate about sales and committed to driving business growth.
  • Willingness to Relocate: The candidate must be willing to relocate to the Middle East & Africa for this role.
