Key Responsibilities

  • AI Training: Lead the training of AI models to optimize sales operations, workflows, and processes. Ensure the models enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • CRM Systems Management: Utilize CRM systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to streamline and optimize sales workflows and support sales teams with effective tools.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for operational efficiency improvements. Provide suggestions and updates based on insights derived from AI models.
  • Team Enablement: Work closely with the sales teams to enhance team performance and support their professional development by providing training materials and resources.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and guides related to AI training processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on AI model performance. Analyze results and provide actionable insights to refine and improve AI-driven processes.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in sales operations, CRM technologies, and AI advancements to ensure innovative practices are implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CRM Systems Expertise: Proven proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Sales Operations Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales operations, process optimization, and workflow enhancement to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
