We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist – AI Trainer who is passionate about enhancing sales operations through AI and CRM systems. This role is critical in optimizing our sales workflows and supporting our growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- AI Training: Lead the training of AI models to optimize sales operations, workflows, and processes. Ensure the models enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- CRM Systems Management: Utilize CRM systems, such as Salesforce and HubSpot, to streamline and optimize sales workflows and support sales teams with effective tools.
- Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for operational efficiency improvements. Provide suggestions and updates based on insights derived from AI models.
- Team Enablement: Work closely with the sales teams to enhance team performance and support their professional development by providing training materials and resources.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and guides related to AI training processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on AI model performance. Analyze results and provide actionable insights to refine and improve AI-driven processes.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in sales operations, CRM technologies, and AI advancements to ensure innovative practices are implemented.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CRM Systems Expertise: Proven proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Sales Operations Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales operations, process optimization, and workflow enhancement to ensure operational efficiency.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver complex information in an understandable format.
- Remote Work Skills: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management: Background in project management, particularly in sales processes and AI model development or related fields.
- Sales Analytics Knowledge: Experience with sales analytics tools and reporting systems for measuring sales performance and AI model efficiency.
- AI Training: Familiarity with AI training models and tools or hands-on experience with AI-based project work (preferred but not mandatory).
