We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Partner Engagement Manager to lead our efforts in expanding customer relationships and building strategic partnerships. This role will focus on managing the sales pipeline, fostering partner relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive revenue growth. As the sales lead, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align solutions with customer needs, optimize sales processes, and foster long-term business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Discovery Calls & Client Engagement

  • Conduct client discovery sessions to assess their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Position yieldWerx as a trusted partner by customizing solutions that meet client needs.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor the sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and implement actions to meet sales targets.

Account Management & Documentation

  • Handle end-to-end account management, including processing NDAs, proposals, contracts, and other legal agreements.
  • Ensure internal team collaboration to meet client deliverables and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across accounts.

Partner/Consultant Onboarding & Management

  • Recruit and onboard external partners and consultants to enhance market reach.
  • Provide ongoing training for partners to align them with company goals, products, and processes.
  • Set performance metrics and regularly assess partner contributions to business growth.

Customer Segmentation & Outreach

  • Prioritize key customer segments using data-driven insights.
  • Implement targeted outreach campaigns for customer engagement and collaboration with the marketing team.

Sales Enablement & Training

  • Design sales enablement programs for internal teams and partners, equipping them with tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and refine sales approaches accordingly.
  • Host feedback sessions to refine sales strategies based on team insights and challenges.

Collaboration with Leadership & Stakeholders

  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Support the CEO and COO with reports, presentations, and sales analysis.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Regularly track key sales performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, partner contributions, and pipeline health.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and identify solutions to resolve sales process bottlenecks.

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure business retention.
  • Act as the point of escalation for client concerns and provide timely resolution.
  • Develop customer success programs that enhance satisfaction and retention rates.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Contribute to the development of both short-term and long-term sales strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Leverage industry trends to identify new growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, and partner engagement with proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and partner trust.
    • Strong analytical ability with expertise in sales metrics and reporting.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
    • Leadership and people management skills.
