ANWAR & SONS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promotion Officer to join our team in Lahore. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical devices to hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Lahore region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Visits: Conduct visits to assigned hospitals to actively promote and introduce our range of medical devices and products.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new accounts, expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with hospital staff, procurement officers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned region, ensuring business growth.
  • Market Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, aiding in strategic decision-making.
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for hospital staff to promote the effective use of our medical products.
  • Customer Support: Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, provide solutions to any concerns, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales success.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and build trust with customers.
    • Ability to travel extensively within the Lahore region.
    • Proven self-motivation and goal orientation with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic sales software.
