Webeducatorz is Pakistan’s first E-learning platform, providing over 50+ development-focused courses through live online classes and an advanced Learning Management System (LMS). Our mission is to empower individuals by enhancing their skills in IT and education through interactive, high-quality training sessions.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively promote our educational and IT courses, engage with potential clients, and play a key role in driving company revenue and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients to promote and sell the company’s educational and IT courses.
  • Explain course offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes to prospective customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Generate leads through direct calls, online outreach, meetings, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement and strategic selling techniques.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to provide guidance and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing and operations) to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong confidence in verbal and written communication to engage and persuade clients effectively.
  • Ability to communicate course details clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in educational services, IT products, or similar industries.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with educational platforms, IT tools, or learning management systems is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online CRM tools (discuss during the interview).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
