Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist at Ace Carry Solutions, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiating outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by selling our services effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the full range of products/services Ace Carry Solutions offers and communicate this information confidently to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead sales negotiations, address objections, and close deals successfully with new and existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to track performance and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Accurately track and report all sales activity, opportunities, and results within the company’s CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maximize sales efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in BPO or IT services).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer objections and concerns during the sales process.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic computer skills.
