Key Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Salesperson, your primary duties will include:

- Documentation: Preparing essential documents such as purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and loyalty contracts.

- Contract Review: Ensuring all terms and conditions are met in purchase contracts and related documentation.
- License Maintenance: Staying compliant with industry standards and maintaining an active real estate license.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A valid real estate license and good standing with the local realtor board (inactive agents must be able to reactivate their license immediately).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and property locations.
- Proficiency in using property listing platforms and digital marketing tools (discuss during the interview).
