i4Junction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in solar energy solutions to drive sales, engage with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This position involves collaborating with different teams, delivering customized proposals, and converting leads into successful projects in the renewable energy industry. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Attend meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present solar energy solutions, and explain the technical aspects of the company’s products and services. - Lead Conversion:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to convert leads into successful sales opportunities, following up on inquiries and building trust with prospects. - Proposal Development:
Prepare and submit customized technical proposals tailored to client requirements, including pricing and specifications. Provide clear and detailed communication on product options and project benefits. - Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the Site Manager to track project implementation progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. - Customer Satisfaction:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, ensuring that all deliverables align with expectations. Continuously monitor client satisfaction to ensure a high level of service. - Market Analysis:
Identify new markets and potential business growth opportunities in the solar energy sector. Provide recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs. - Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain and prepare detailed reports on sales performance, project status, and market conditions, providing insights and updates to the management team.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and technical proposal development.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and associated technologies.
- Ability to interpret technical data and tailor it to client needs effectively.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel locally to meet clients and oversee project developments.
- Resident near Bahria Town or surrounding areas in Lahore is preferred.
