We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-energy sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include coaching team members, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that all sales activities align with company goals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and guidance.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members to ensure efficiency.
- Implement sales strategies and campaigns to maximize conversions and drive business growth.
- Identify performance gaps and create tailored coaching plans to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate and monitor agents’ calls for quality, compliance, and adherence to sales policies.
- Ensure the team adheres to call center scripts, sales processes, and QA guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of motivation and engagement within the team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and engaging speaking style, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a call center sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.
