Conquerors University is a leading Digital Marketing Agency, specializing in USA-based campaigns. We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join our team and drive success in an international market. In this night shift role, you will handle cold-calling activities for USA-based clients, aiming to convert leads into successful sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
As a Telesales Representative for the USA Campaign, your key duties will include:
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers in the USA to introduce and pitch products and services.
- Sales Generation: Actively generate and convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Lead Management: Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying new opportunities.
- Achieving Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, sales progress, and performance statistics.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on your sales activities and outcomes, adhering to daily performance expectations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Night Shift Flexibility: Able to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an English-speaking call center (preferably UK/USA campaigns).

Salary Package & Perks
- For Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
- For Experienced Candidates (1+ year): PKR 50,000 per month
- Commission: Up to 20% commission on each sale.
