Key Responsibilities

  • Set & Achieve Sales Targets: Lead the sales team and distributors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets while ensuring brand growth in line with business strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Establish clear objectives, provide guidance, and monitor the progress of sales team and distributors to reach set goals.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and category growth potential to optimize brand performance in the region.
  • Distributor and Channel Management: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement Action Plans: Cascade and execute sales strategies, monitor execution, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Promotions & Market Intelligence: Propose and execute promotional strategies that have a positive financial impact, including analyzing effectiveness and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in sales and operations, including data tracking, supply chain efficiency, and payment systems.
  • Team Development: Conduct field training for Sales Representatives, ensuring the development of strong selling skills, market excellence, and customer relationship management.
  • Customer Focus: Regularly assess internal and external customer needs through physical presence in the territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: University degree (BA or equivalent), preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or retail management is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant drive and capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Problem-solving ability with strong analytical thinking.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
