Nowasys LTD is seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our innovative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive decisions, build predictive models, and solve complex business problems. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, enabling our business processes with actionable insights and advanced machine learning solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, you will:
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Design, build, and implement statistical models to solve business problems and enhance processes.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools to communicate insights.
- Partner with business analysts, engineers, and decision-makers to align analytics solutions with business needs.
- Perform hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and deep dive analyses to validate findings.
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies for solving complex business challenges.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with libraries (e.g., Pandas) and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record as a Data Scientist with successful project outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a focus on innovative problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
