We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring robust security measures and protecting systems from cyber threats while working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will be expected to:

  1. Security Incident Monitoring and Response:
    • Monitor systems and networks for security events and incidents in real-time.
    • Analyze and identify potential cyber threats, responding swiftly to mitigate any risks.
  2. Cyber Threat Analysis:
    • Analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to ensure systems remain secure.
    • Conduct penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify potential weak spots.
  3. Security Measures and Protocols Implementation:
    • Implement effective security protocols and measures to prevent breaches and attacks.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and continuously improve the security posture.
  4. AI Systems Security:
    • Craft and test AI-generated responses, using the insights to assess the security around large language models and AI systems.
    • Explore AI capabilities to understand the boundaries of security protocols.
  5. Security Policy Development:
    • Develop, communicate, and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
    • Ensure timely updates and proper communication about the latest security measures.
  6. Incident Response and Remediation:
    • Provide quick and accurate responses to security breaches and incidents.
    • Document findings, implement corrective actions, and ensure risks are effectively mitigated.
  7. Regular Audits and Reporting:
    • Conduct routine audits of systems and networks.
    • Produce reports on audit results, incidents, and actions taken, ensuring clarity in communication with management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in Threat Detection: Ability to identify and mitigate cyber threats in real-time.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity & Penetration Testing: Knowledge of performing penetration tests and conducting social engineering assessments.
  • Strong Network Security Knowledge: Expertise in securing networks against both external and internal threats.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify anomalies, and recommend security improvements.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to relay technical findings in an understandable manner.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and remotely while managing priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI: Knowledge of artificial intelligence and large language models (preferred but not essential).
  • Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or other security certifications are highly regarded.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in cybersecurity roles within the tech industry is a plus.
