Key Responsibilities
As a Senior 3D Modeler & Rigger at Quixotic Creatives, your key tasks will include:
✅ Create Detailed 3D Models – Design and develop high-quality models of characters, props, and other assets. You will be responsible for turning these models into Vtubers for various projects.
✅ Rig Characters and Assets – Develop efficient and functional rigs that are optimized for animation, ensuring smooth movement and flexibility.
✅ Optimize Models for Performance – Ensure models are optimized for performance, making sure they are compatible with different platforms and meet technical specifications.
✅ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with designers, animators, and other team members to ensure the models meet artistic standards and technical requirements.
✅ Troubleshoot Rigging Issues – Identify rigging challenges, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments or improvements.
While animation skills are a plus, the primary focus for this role is on 3D modeling and rigging.
Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Experience in 3D Modeling & Rigging – Proven experience in creating and rigging 3D models. A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
Proficiency in Industry Software – Strong skills in using Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or other similar software for modeling and rigging.
Strong Understanding of 3D Techniques – In-depth knowledge of topology, UV mapping, and texturing to create clean, optimized models.
