Net Work Marketing is looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Assistant to join our team in Lahore. This full-time on-site position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in various daily tasks. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our team, helping streamline office activities and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and clerical support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing daily correspondence.
  • Scheduling & Time Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure time management is efficient and aligns with team priorities.
  • Office Organization: Ensure that office operations run smoothly by organizing files, office supplies, and any other essential tasks required.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with staff and clients, both in-person and remotely, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Document Management: Manage, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic documentation, ensuring everything is filed properly and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist with general customer service duties, including resolving inquiries and addressing minor issues.
  • Task Management: Assist with project coordination, keeping track of project timelines and milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Other duties as assigned: Take on additional tasks as directed to support the overall needs of the team and organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proven attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Previous administrative support experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable to change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams effectively.
