Zoli International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading sportswear manufacturing and exporting company based in Lahore, is looking to hire an Assistant Merchandiser. This role will involve supporting the merchandising process across various stages of production, from material sourcing to shipment. Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Merchandiser, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- End-to-End Merchandising Process: Assist with material sourcing, product development, managing bulk production, and following up on shipments.
- Order Management: Ensure all order specifications are handled accurately, maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support for Team: Provide essential merchandising support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Help with preparing analysis and collaborating closely with the Merchandising team.
- Risk Management: Assist your manager in handling risks by suggesting stock repeats and identifying markdown opportunities.
- Maintain Integrity and Compliance: Follow the company’s Business Code of Conduct and ensure all actions are taken with integrity, due diligence, and professionalism.
- Report and Analysis: Prepare reports and provide analytical insights that help the merchandising process and decision-making.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in a relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with different teams and stakeholders.
- Experience: While prior merchandising experience is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant education are also encouraged to apply.
