Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnerships:
Identify and establish partnership opportunities with potential clients and business partners. Develop strong, lasting relationships to expand business opportunities. - New Business Development:
Engage with potential clients to develop new business relationships and drive the expansion of the company’s market presence. - Client Retention and Management:
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure ongoing success and revenue growth. - Strategic Planning:
Critically evaluate market trends and think strategically to execute business development initiatives. Develop actionable business strategies based on data-driven insights to drive growth and operational success. - Project Management:
Work with the project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of new business development initiatives while adhering to timelines and performance expectations. - Market Research:
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to develop strategies that position the company as a leader in its market segment. - Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports to management on the progress of business development activities, strategic partnerships, and overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience:
3 to 4 years of prior business development experience, ideally within the tech or software industry. Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and executing successful strategies. - Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and the successful execution of development strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
- Ability to think critically and strategically to navigate business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
