Acme International is seeking a Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities
- Develop Business Relationships: Build and nurture existing relationships with key clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Sales Outreach: Use various strategies, including cold calling, emailing, attending trade shows, and generating referrals to secure new business.
- Key Performance Metrics: Create, monitor, and report on sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts and identify customer needs.
- Business Opportunities: Work closely with the sales team to identify and articulate new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Provide continuous support to the sales teams by preparing detailed reports and presentations, ensuring a streamlined approach to new business development.
- Special Projects: Assist with tasks and special projects as requested by management to support overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (discuss during interview if other qualifications are relevant).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- High proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on results.
- Attributes: Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership of business growth initiatives.
