NexusMart Tech Co. is seeking a dedicated Call Support Agent to join our team in Lahore. As a Call Support Agent, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering product information, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Handling:
    • Manage incoming calls professionally, offering assistance and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Customer Inquiries:
    • Provide accurate and detailed product information, answer questions, and address customer needs effectively.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns through troubleshooting and providing appropriate solutions or directing inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries efficiently, following up as needed, and going above and beyond to meet customer expectations.
  • Documentation:
    • Accurately document customer interactions, maintain detailed records of conversations, and track resolved issues in call center software or CRM systems.
  • Feedback Collection:
    • Collect and relay customer feedback to the team for improving products or services.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to coordinate efforts in resolving customer inquiries and enhancing service quality.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in related fields (Business, Communications, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
    • Multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to addressing issues.
    • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices is essential.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with call center technology and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
    • Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
