Grand City is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Chief of Staff to Chairman to provide strategic support and assist in the execution of key business initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a primary liaison between the Chairman, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of both strategic and personal activities. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Gatekeeper for the Chairman: Manage time, priorities, and communication to streamline operations and decision-making processes.
  • Calendar Management: Oversee complex scheduling and travel arrangements across multiple time zones, ensuring all appointments are prioritized.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, executive engagements, and events.
  • Briefing and Documentation: Prepare essential documents, presentations, and briefings for the Chairman; handle confidential and sensitive communications.

Strategic Projects & Operations

  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Facilitate execution of the Chairman’s high-priority projects, monitoring KPIs and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects and foster efficient information flow across teams.
  • Communication: Develop presentations, reports, and other executive-level communications to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.

Personal Brand Management

  • Brand & Media Strategy: Manage the Chairman’s personal brand and online presence, collaborating with PR teams for media appearances.
  • Public Speaking & Publications: Curate content for speaking engagements, speeches, and industry publications to enhance thought leadership and public profile.

Stakeholder Management

  • Internal & External Liaison: Serve as a bridge between internal executives, external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key relationships and ensure timely follow-up on important business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with executive assistants across the C-suite for unified support to the leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in executive or senior administrative roles, ideally within fast-paced environments.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern technology tools and project management software.
  • Skills:
