We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coating Crew Supervisor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic crew, ensuring the delivery of high-quality coating solutions across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead, supervise, and coordinate coating crew activities to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and within the specified timeframe.
- Project Oversight: Monitor surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes to meet the highest standards.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that coating applications comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Training: Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and adherence to best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise during project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the coating industry.
- Strong knowledge of coating application techniques, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SSPC, NACE, and ISO.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and challenging environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BGAS/NACE certification or equivalent.
- Previous experience managing coating projects, particularly in the oil & gas or industrial sectors.
