We are looking for a passionate and skilled Creative Manager to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our creative projects to new heights.

In this full-time on-site role, you will oversee creative strategy, branding, and project management across a diverse range of client projects, ensuring that every campaign aligns with both client expectations and Conglo’s high standards of creativity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction & Strategy:
    • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with branding objectives, marketing goals, and target audience.
    • Guide and inspire creative teams to produce compelling concepts, visuals, and ideas for advertising campaigns, TVCs, DVCs, and activations.
  • Branding:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create cohesive, memorable, and effective brand identities.
    • Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging across all projects and mediums.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client requirements are met.
    • Coordinate with account managers, designers, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Presentations & Briefings:
    • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, articulating creative concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively.
    • Regularly meet with clients for project updates and feedback, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
  • Copywriting & Content Development:
    • Write and edit high-quality copy for various platforms, including digital ads, social media posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure all copy aligns with the client’s tone of voice, message, and branding guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a creative and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovative thinking and growth.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior creatives and designers to help develop their skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in creative management, branding, and advertising or marketing.
    • Experience in overseeing creative projects for diverse clients, with a strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and client relationship management.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in creative strategy, branding, and graphic design.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
    • Copywriting proficiency with excellent command of the English language.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Tools & Software:
    • Proficiency in industry-standard design and creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
    • Familiarity with project management tools to keep track of workflows and progress.
