We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Delivery Rider to join our team at PostEx. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of packages, ensuring that our customers experience prompt and satisfying service. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent navigation skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Deliveries: Ensure packages are delivered to customers within the assigned time frame, adhering to route guidelines and delivery schedules.
- Route Management: Navigate through the local area using knowledge of efficient routes to ensure swift and accurate delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns related to the delivery.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of each delivery, including any damages, delays, or specific customer instructions.
- Package Handling: Safely handle and manage all packages, ensuring they are delivered in the same condition as when received.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Matriculation (High School) or Middle level education.
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery services or similar roles is preferred, though not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent navigation skills and local route knowledge for efficient deliveries.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and fellow team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Physical fitness and the ability to carry and handle packages.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic in meeting delivery targets.
