We are seeking an experienced Export Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding Hammé’s export operations. The Export Manager will oversee the international distribution of our premium product line, establish partnerships in target regions, and develop key business relationships to achieve company growth goals in new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Export Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to expand Hammé’s product distribution into new international markets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and assess new business opportunities, create partnerships, and develop a strong export client base globally.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and sales agents to ensure product success in the global market.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all export operations comply with international trade regulations and policies.
- Sales Forecasting: Conduct regular market research and analyze international demand for Hammé’s products to optimize production and meet customer needs.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and resources that support export sales initiatives.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to international distributors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of products and efficient problem resolution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track performance, identify issues, and provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales and market conditions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in export management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of global sales operations, export documentation, and trade regulations.
- International Market Knowledge: Familiarity with international beauty markets, customer preferences, and e-commerce trends in global regions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage international client relationships.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and market research to evaluate potential opportunities.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with export management software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, additional language skills are a plus.
