Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling Communications: Answer phone calls, emails, and other communication channels promptly and professionally. Redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Managing Calendars & Appointments: Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members, ensuring timely and smooth scheduling.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service and support to clients, customers, and team members, ensuring a positive company image.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Managing Deliveries: Monitor and direct deliveries, ensuring they are promptly delivered to the appropriate location.
  • Organizing Virtual Events: Assist with the organization of team meetings, webinars, or virtual events for the organization.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep records of visitor logs, deliveries, incoming correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other administrative staff and departments to maintain a seamless workflow for company operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further studies in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a remote setup.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic office equipment. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
