Spectra Entertainment is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day activities at Fusion Stations. In this key leadership role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across all facets of the business, including sports, entertainment, wellness, and lifestyle services. The Head of Operations will work closely with the Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives, manage the operations team, optimize processes, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Operations:
    • Manage daily operations for all business units under Fusion Stations, ensuring that all areas run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
    • Ensure team members understand and adhere to company standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency:
    • Evaluate existing operations processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance across all departments.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
    • Oversee the operational budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective strategies are in place without compromising quality.
    • Work closely with the finance team to align operations with financial objectives.
  • Collaboration with Managing Partner:
    • Report directly to the Managing Partner and support strategic decision-making related to operations and growth.
  • Quality Control & Risk Management:
    • Implement processes to ensure the highest levels of quality control across all services and experiences offered at Fusion Stations.
    • Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Customer & Client Engagement:
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners, ensuring that every visitor has a seamless, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales and operations management, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or wellness industry.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful operations management with a focus on enhancing customer experience and improving team performance.
