We are looking for an energetic KOL Business Development professional to help us strengthen our presence in Pakistan. As a part of a young and ambitious team, you will help us drive user growth by leveraging key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers. Job Introduction
As a KOL Business Development professional at MEXC, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and projects in Pakistan. Your primary objective will be to promote MEXC’s services and enhance user growth in the region. You will represent MEXC in all dealings and work to foster long-term partnerships while driving marketing success through KOL collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
- KOL and Influencer Relationship Management
- Identify and develop strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and other potential partners in the Pakistan market.
- Work closely with these local entities to effectively promote MEXC’s offerings and achieve targeted user growth.
- Execution of Marketing Strategy
- Execute and monitor KOL marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on the results of KOL partnerships and marketing channel effectiveness, continuously refining strategies for better performance.
- Market Research and Trends Monitoring
- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
- Apply this knowledge to adjust strategies and improve MEXC’s competitive position within the local market.
- Cross-team Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategy and leverage internal resources to drive business goals.
- Maintain close communication with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure sustained partnerships and effective results.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience
- Experience in Business Development (BD) or as a KOL Manager in the web3/blockchain industry is a must.
- Familiarity with digital asset exchanges or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Skills and Expertise
- In-depth understanding of the crypto market and the specific dynamics of the Pakistan market.
- Ability to fluently speak and write in English and a local language (Urdu or Punjabi preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with proven experience managing KOLs, influencers, and communities.
- Self-starter & Independent
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously while meeting performance targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
