This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, production, and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Suppliers: Work closely with suppliers to ensure all product specifications and orders are met in a timely manner.
Monitor Production Timelines: Track and manage production schedules to ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and inventory to ensure sufficient supply for production and customer orders.
Ensure Timely Delivery: Ensure that orders are delivered according to client deadlines and standards of quality.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and emerging fashion styles to guide production and product selection.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to help create strategies that align with consumer demand and company goals.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any product-related issues promptly.
General Merchandising Support: Handle various merchandising tasks to optimize business operations and sales performance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and retail experience
- Solid understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of garment industry and fashion trends is a plus (discuss during the interview)
