We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our talented team, driving the development and maintenance of powerful web applications.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan office. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js) to create high-performance web applications that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Application Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
  • API Integration:
    • Build and integrate APIs that enhance the functionality of web applications, ensuring smooth communication between client and server-side components.
  • Collaborative Development:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and project managers, to design and implement end-to-end software solutions.
  • Code Quality and Testing:
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high code quality through the use of code reviews, unit tests, and collaboration with team members for consistent improvements.
  • Database Management:
    • Work with MongoDB to create optimized database schemas, ensuring smooth and efficient data management for applications.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring web applications perform well under load and meet client expectations.
  • Version Control:
    • Use Git for version control to manage code changes, track progress, and ensure that all developments are backed up efficiently.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the MERN stack to bring new insights to the team.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js.
    • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience in building and maintaining complex web applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Version Control:
    • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git to maintain code repositories and collaborate within development teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams and explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications (optional):
    • Relevant certifications in MERN stack development will be a plus (discuss during the interview).
