Union Developers is seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in process management, ideally in the real estate, construction, or related industries. This is a key position within our company responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, process improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and company standards.
As Process Manager, you will be required to lead and manage multiple projects, focusing on integrating new technologies and strategies for process improvement. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement efforts within our operational processes, ensuring optimized performance, cost management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects focused on integrating new technologies and systems into operations to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across business operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Oversee process improvements, including revising policies, procedures, and workflow methodologies to ensure better service delivery.
- Team Development:
- Train and guide the team in process control, loss analysis, data collection, and effective problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure team members are equipped to execute process improvements while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Business Operations Evaluation:
- Monitor key business processes for productivity, quality, costs, and time management, suggesting and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Ensure that business process changes are in compliance with internal standards, external regulations, and industry best practices.
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide day-to-day management of operations, assign tasks, create time schedules, and ensure progress tracking.
- Supervise personnel while maintaining a focus on operational safety and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancements across multiple business functions.
- Strive for excellence by continuously refining processes to support higher efficiency and reduced waste.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years in process management or similar roles with a focus on operational and process improvements.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in project management, decision making, and collaboration.
- Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated ability to monitor and evaluate business processes effectively, using data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Problem Solving: Solid track record of identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and executing strategic improvements to streamline processes.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Six Sigma Training: Certification or practical experience in Six Sigma (Lean or Green Belt) is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and ability to manage project management and data analysis tools.
